Adam left school at 18, and went on to build and exit two leading technology companies for $250M—by age 32.

He founded HERO® in London and NYC, a pioneer of video shopping—used by companies incl. Nike, LVMH, Burberry and Levi’s across 30+ markets. It was acquired by Klarna in 2021, where Adam went on to join the global leadership.

At 22, he was a founding partner and Chief Creative Officer of Grapple, Europe's largest app studio. It grew to 180 people and eight-figure revenues in 4 years—launching the first apps for Just Eat, adidas, Formula E and the FIFA World Cup app (50m downloads), before being acquired by Monitise plc.

After living in Los Angeles, he returned to London where he lives with his wife and two children.
